Recycled polyester (rPET) is a material obtained from the recycling of used plastic bottles. The Global Recycled Standard is the leading voluntary international standard for recycled textiles promoted by the non-profit Textile Exchange, which certifies the integrity of recycled content in products, ensures traceability throughout the supply chain, and verifies compliance with strict social and environmental criteria and the restriction of harmful chemicals during production.

Carbon Footprint and reductions are calculated through a sensitivity analysis contrasting the environmental impact of low-impact materials against conventional ones, using the certified CF Atlantis calculation tool v. 0.7. This tool meticulously tracks the Cradle to gate journey from raw material acquisition to final product delivery at the Atlantis warehouse.
